Welcome to the Pause & Sip Society, a snail mail club which I designed to help you prioritise your mental health.
We live in such a crazy, busy and demanding world, it can be easy to let weeks go by, without taking a moment to just breathe and reflect - we deserve to have this time!
Each month as part of your subscription, you will receive:
- A cute sweet treat print, created by me
- A delicious recipe so you can recreate the bake at home too
- A fun challenge to help you prioritise caring for yourself, at least once per week
- A letter from me to you, sharing some notes about the print as well as talking openly and honestly about what I’m doing to prioritise looking after myself to try and lead the most positive life possible

Each letter is sent out within the first week of each month, with sign ups for each edition closing on the 28th of every month. Sign ups after this roll over to the next month.
